Terms of Use

MoonSol is a non-custodial deployment platform. You use it to create and manage tokens on Solana, supported EVM networks, and Sui. Transactions are built in your browser and signed in your wallet. MoonSol never receives a private key or seed phrase and cannot reverse a confirmed chain transaction.

Platform fees are flat and charged once per action, in the native asset of the chain you use. There is no subscription and no cut of trading volume. Current amounts are listed on the pricing page. Network (gas/rent) fees are paid to the chain, not to MoonSol. Test networks have no platform fee.

Confirmed blockchain transactions are final. Completed work — including token creation, authority changes, pool creation, and website generation — is not refundable. If a payment succeeds on our side but the intended on-chain action fails for a technical reason we control, contact us on Telegram or X with the transaction signature and we will work to resolve it.

• •We cannot restore revoked authorities, burned tokens, or burned LP.

You are responsible for the content you publish (name, logo, metadata, website), for complying with law in your jurisdiction, and for checking a transaction in your wallet before you sign. Test on a free test network when you are unsure. Creating a token carries legal and financial risk.
